I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and functional, albeit with a slight musty smell that was promptly addressed. The service, especially valet parking and reception, was excellent, although a couple of staff members were not very welcoming during check-in. The hotel's location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, with easy access to key attractions and dining options. The dining experience was generally good, highlighted by a high-end restaurant, yet fell slightly short of expectations. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for my trip.
The hotel offers an amazing experience at the Breakfast restaurant overlooking a construction lot. The rooms, however, were very damp with a musky smell. The service was superb, especially with assistance for transportation and meal arrangements. The location is very central, ideal for businessmen with proximity to DIFC. The dining experience inside the hotel was delightful but had some drawbacks. Overall, a mixed experience with standout service.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were always clean and in great shape, but unfortunately, there was no shower available. The service provided was 1st Class, with amazing and friendly staff but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The location was nearby many attractions and fancy restaurants, making it a recommendable choice. The dining experience was lovely, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall, a great stay with some room for enhancement.
